Learning to play drums used to be something that only a few could enjoy given the volume and the disruption that comes to neighbours. In recent years however this has become less of an issue with many options available to those who want to learn but have restrictions on space or noise levels.
Digital kits have improved massively over the years and players can enjoy the same levels of touch and control on these kits without worrying about noise levels. I am happy to offer advice on selecting an instrument suitable for your circumstances and budget.
Music is introduced in a graded way to ensure techniques are mastered before moving on to more complex music. I introduce techniques mostly through repertoire chosen to ensure students keep on developing new skills.
